User Story: Haunted Hotel Del Coronado/San Diego with Ghost Radar Legacy!!!
I was in San Diego celebrating my birthday and lost my wallet. A security guard at Hotel Del Coronado had it and gave me an exclusive tour of the Del for my birthday. We went up into each of the tourist (best views EVER)! I asked him if anyone was staying in the famous haunted room and that I’d love to check it with my Ghost Radar app. He knocked on the door a few times and let us in. We sat in the room for quite some time with no activity on Ghost Radar. We left the room, were walking the maze of halls, chatting and Ghost Radar said, “HANG.” Just then he stopped in front of a door and said this is a lesser known haunted room where a maid killed herself in the 1800’s. My eyes got huge, I asked how she killed herself and he said she hung herself. I showed him the word “hang.” Freaky!!! We got into the room and he explained that she’d hung herself from the exposed pipe bending from the ceiling in the corner and through all renovations it’s been left exposed. We sat for a while and I said, “okay hanging maid, show yourself.” I walked over to the pipe and held my phone up to the pipe and immediately the word DEATH came up!!! OMG freaky but the best birthday ever! I just reloaded the app onto my new phone and started asking my recently deceased dad to show himself, asked if he was with me, and was crying because I miss him so much and the words DAD and TEAM came up. : D
