Never had a smartphone before and wanted to see if I could even download/upload an app. Picked Ghost Radar, the free on,e in case I screwed getting the app to my phone. So I downloaded properly and got the app working on my phone. I sat the phone down on my desk which is next to my laptop. I saw a few yellow, and blue spots. Then the phone said, “Bronwen”. Well, I have had a copy of a book called Laurel’s Kitchen propped up and under my Dad’s desk for about 6 months. One of the author’s is Bronwen Godrey and her name is on the the front of the book; she is the last credit. I though maybe she had passed and I looked her up online really quick. She is still here.
Then I decided to go sit next to my cat on the floor. I took the phone and placed it next to me and my cat. I was talking to my cat about his drooling (he is 23) and the phone said, “plane”. Well, my husband keeps 3 remote control planes on my deceased mother’s dining room table. Me and my cat were inches away. The planes are big, medium, and small. They have no where else to go so he keeps them there and they actually look good there. Anyways, I’m just sayin’. This is oddly queer but totally fascinating. Thanks guys, you make me want to learn about algorithms. Also I want to know how the app that recognizes songs works.
