User Story: 1830's BARN STORY
When I first saw the app available, I was lying in bed in the morning with my smartphone. I downloaded it even though I don’t usually download apps but it looked interesting. The very first words that the APP said were, “RUSSIAN”, then “HUNGRY”. Now my wife is originally from Ukraine. I got up and saw her in the livingroom reading a book. It was a Sunday morning. I asked her if she ate any breakfast yet and she said, “No, I’m hungry.” Now that was really weird. But what made me believe this thing really works is this…..
I was at my brother’s house in New Hampshire the following weekend. His house was built in 1830 and it used to be an INN. He has a huge red barn that he has turned into a poolhall and movie theatre for the family. The upper loft is really cool with big leather sofas and a huge projector screen that can be pulled down to watch movies.
We were watching a national geographic documentary on African elephants. My Ghost Radar App was “ON” and all of a sudden it said “ELEPHANTS”. Just as these huge elephants were moving across the projector screen, it said that!!! Crazy!!! And, then just a few minutes later, my brother inlaw called my sister’s cellphone to tell her that his brother just passed away. Right before the phone rang, the Ghost Radar said, “TERRIBLE”. Sometimes it spits out random words that really don’t mean much, but there have been many times it’s spot on!
My sister-inlaw downloaded the app to her phone as well. She recently experienced the APP turning itself on which was very strange. I don’t remember what it said, but it urged her to call her mother. Right at that moment her mother was experiencing a heart-attack. Her mother underwent surgery at Mass General Hospital in Boston but she died a few days later. It was almost as though a spirit, perhaps of a family member, was trying to warn her.
