User Story: Civil War Battle Site
My girl friend and I were going thru the Parkers Crossing Battle field of December 31st 1862 near Lexington, Tn. last Saturday afternoon. There is a part of the site that we were able to drive my truck thru and into the woods. As we were going thru the woods and the trail my girl friend had mentioned that it looked like this could have been a camp site at one time., It was then that we turned left on the trail and near the edge of the woods there is a picnic table that has not been used in some time. We passed it in my truck and got not too far before the trail was not able to go any more. So I turned the truck around and at that point I turned the Ghost Radar Legacy on. It quickly had many red blips. As we grove slowly past the picnic table the radar spoke “EAT” . That was very cool. Then as we past the area where she mentioned the camping earlier, the radar spoke “CAMP” and then when we emerged from the woods the radar spoke “FORCES” Now the artists pictures of the battle site showed many Army Forces right where we were coming out of the woods.
How cool was all this. I am a believer of all this and want to head out to more places as soon as we can. And this time we will be taking a camera with as well.
