User Story: Point
I’m posting about the most intriguing part of my experience. Among other anomalies, I found an instance with my niece to be the most convincing. My niece is about a year old, and despite when I get annoyed with her when she has her early, terrible 2 tantrums, we’re very close. We have a hand signal for each other, too- when she wants me close, she’ll point her hand towards me, then I’ll point my hand back.
She gave me her signal, so I pointed my hand back to her in response. At that moment, the app said, ‘point.’ I thought it was rather cute and it alleviated a bit of the skepticism I had for the app.
One thing I must mention is that everyone who uses this app should express caution. These devices are tools, not toys. If you feel something is not right, stop using it. Even though I am skeptical that it is 100% efficient, I treat potential hits with respect, and treat my gut feelings with respect.
I hope to have many more benign and convincing experiences with this app. It was worth the 99 cents.
